Sales & Project Representative Position Summary: Grand Epoxy is looking for a motivated, client-focused professional to drive new business and manage customer relationships from first contact through project completion. This role combines sales, estimating, and project coordination. You’ll educate homeowners, commercial property managers, and industrial clients on our epoxy and polyaspartic flooring systems and guide them through every step—from initial quote to final walkthrough. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Respond promptly to inbound leads from the website, social media, phone calls, and referrals. Proactively follow up with warm prospects, and generate new business through targeted outreach—including cold calls, personalized emails, and local in-person visits—to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Client Consultations: Conduct on-site assessments, take accurate measurements, evaluate substrate conditions, and explain our product options and warranties. Estimating & Proposals: Prepare detailed, professional proposals including scope of work, material specifications, pricing, and timelines. Present estimates in person or via virtual meeting. Pipeline Management: Track opportunities in the CRM, maintain a full sales funnel, and provide weekly status updates to management. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to schedule jobs, communicate client expectations, and ensure all materials and crews are ready. Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals. Revenue Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Qualifications: 2+ years in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in construction, coatings, or home-improvement services. Strong presentation and closing skills, with the ability to explain technical details in plain language. Basic knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, and estimating software (or willingness to learn). Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for site visits. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Preferred Familiarity with epoxy/polyaspartic flooring or related concrete finishing trades. Existing network within the residential or commercial building industry. Growth Path: High performers can grow into a Sales Manager role as we expand. Crew Lead – Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Coatings Overview: Pay: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and capability (Opportunities for increases and performance-based growth) Grand Epoxy is a growing concrete coating company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial epoxy flooring systems. We are seeking a motivated Crew Lead to run their own crew, manage a company truck & trailer, and oversee epoxy floor installations from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for job quality, crew safety, and customer experience. About the Role As a Crew Lead, you will take ownership of each project on site — from greeting the customer to delivering a high-quality finished floor. You’ll lead an Epoxy Install Technician(s), follow proven installation systems, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Grand Epoxy standards. Key Responsibilities Lead your own epoxy flooring crew (you + Epoxy Install Technician(s)) Drive and manage a company truck & trailer Complete high-quality installations on residential, commercial, and industrial projects Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Follow and enforce safety procedures and PPE requirements Coordinate with management on job progress, materials, and scheduling Technical Skills (Assets & Will Be Trained) Experience with the following is considered a strong asset. Successful candidates will be expected to learn, develop, and consistently apply these skills: Concrete surface preparation (grinding, repairs, profiling) Mixing epoxy, polyaspartic, and related coating systems Cutting in edges cleanly and accurately Applying coatings using rollers, squeegees, and back-rolling techniques Broadcasting flake, quartz, or sand systems Identifying and correcting surface imperfections Understanding cure times, pot life, temperature, and humidity considerations Following product data sheets and installation procedures Producing clean lines, even coverage, and professional finishes What We’re Looking For Background in epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, industrial painting, or similar trades Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and train epoxy installation technicians Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and industrial environments Professional communication skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred) Physically capable of hands-on installation work and lifting 50lbs What We Offer $25–$35/hour, based on experience Company truck & trailer Consistent work with a growing company Long-term growth and leadership opportunities Respectful, professional work environment Projects ranging from garages to large industrial facilities Why Work With Grand Epoxy We value quality, safety, and professionalism.
